Creating A New Ticket in Solvya AI

Step 1: Click Create New.

Step 2: Enter a Title for your ticket.

Step 3: Add a description manually by typing the ticket information or click Draft with SolvYa.AI.

Step 4: If you selected Draft with SolvYa.AI, click the microphone to record the ticket details. Once you have finished speaking the ticket information, click the microphone again to end the recording.

Step 5: Click Generate, then:

  1. Confirm to proceed.
  2. Regenerate to revise.
  3. Remove to discard.

Step 6: Click Next

Step 7: Review and edit the title, description, and issue details.

  • Click the pencil icon in the ticket area to edit any section

Step 8: Select a Priority Level.

Step 9: Attach supporting files by clicking Add Attachment, where you can:

  • Take a screenshot from within Cloud Application
  • Record a screen walkthrough from within Cloud Application
  • Upload an existing file
  • You can click skip to skip adding supporting files

Step 10: Click Next

Step 11: Click Yes

  • You will see a prompt that reads “Would you like to proceed with creating the ticket? Please press “Yes” to continue or “No” to cancel the request.”

After submission, your ticket will be assigned a ticket number and appear in the ticket management home screen section in the In-app widget and in your ticket management system if you have integrated with a third-party system.
