Reviewing Ticket Details

Step 1: Select the ticket from the results to view its details, including:

  • Creation date
  • Ticket ID
  • Status & Priority
  • Comments and history

Step 2: Click Comments to review the details of the ticket

  • Click Details to open the ticket in your third-party ticket management system (e.g., Zoho, Jira, ServiceNow, etc).

Step 3: Navigate back to Cloud to manage your ticket within the application
