Step 1: Use the search bar to find a ticket by Title or ID. Or, type the ticket details and click Search.

Reviewing Ticket Details
Step 1: Select the ticket from the results to view its details, including:
- Creation date
- Ticket ID
- Status & Priority
- Comments and history

Step 2: Click Comments to review the details of the ticket
- Click Details to open the ticket in your third-party ticket management system (e.g., Zoho, Jira, ServiceNow, etc).
Step 3: Navigate back to Cloud to manage your ticket within the application
