Step 1: Select the ticket from the home screen.
Step 2: Click Comments to review feedback and click back arrow to return to ticket details.

Step 3: Click Update to provide new details

Step 4: Here we can add new ticket details.
- Optionally, you can use Draft with SolvYa.AI for assistance
- If you select Draft with SolvYa.AI, click the microphone to record the ticket details. Once you have finished speaking the ticket information, click the microphone again to end the recording.
Step 5: Click Generate

Step 6: Click Confirm
- This is the checkmark
Step 7: Click Next

Step 8: Attach supporting files by clicking Add Attachment, where you can:
- Take a screenshot from within Cloud Application
- Record a screen walkthrough from within Cloud Application
- Upload an existing file
- You can click skip to skip adding supporting files

Step 9: Click Next
Step 10: Click Yes You will receive a prompt that says “Would you like to proceed with updating the ticket? Please press “Yes” to continue or “No” to cancel the request.”
